No Meditation February 6 & 13 for Lunar New Year

Mark your calendars - Lunar New Year is coming up and our friends at the Vietnamese temple will be preparing for it and celebrating.  Because there will be lots of activity and noise during this festive time, we will cancel meditation for 2 upcoming Saturdays, February 6 and 13. We will resume meditation on Saturday Feb 20.

Beginning a meditation practice can be an overwhelming experience, especially if the mind is flooded with questions. How can I fit one more thing into my already busy life? What do I do when I sit to meditate? Is this what meditation is supposed to feel like? Is this even worth my time? A Beginner's Practice Group is meant to provide you with the encouragement and accountability that helps you establish a regular meditation practice.
