NON-RESIDENTIAL INSIGHT MEDITATION RETREAT
The Five Spiritual Faculties taught by ANNIE NUGENT
These five “spiritual friends” - confidence, energy, mindfulness, concentration and wisdom are naturally brought to life as we undertake the practice of insight meditation. 

Working together, they allow for a constancy and staying power to develop in our practice.
This retreat will focus on how to balance and strengthen these qualities on our path to awakening, especially in the busyness of our daily lives.

Public Talk:   Friday September 14, 7:00 pm at Show Me Dharma
Retreat:          Saturday September 15, 9:00 am-5:00 pm
                            Sunday September 16, 9:00 am-12:00 noon
Location:        Silver Meadows Lodge (north of Columbia, MO)
Registration Fee: $55 to $100,  sliding scale based on ability to pay
Note: payments above base fee of $55 are tax deductible contributions to Show Me Dharma. Scholarships are available—to request a scholarship, please contact the registrar Karen Hodges.

Date: Sunday, August 7, 2022 Time: 9 AM to 4:30 PM Where: A large, beautiful, indoor retreat space located in the country near Fair Grove Registration: Required in advance; click here to register Cost: We joyfully offer this retreat at no cost. Donations are welcome, of course.  Please Note: All participants are expected to arrive on time, adhere to silence once the retreat begins, and remain for the entire duration of the retreat. When participants arrive late or leave early, it disrupts the retreat container.
